    If you’re using the Advanced Contact Form and the captcha image is not being displayed, here are a few things you can do:

    1) PHP Version: Please make sure the server is using an updated PHP version: http://www.okler.net/forums/topic/how-to-check-if-php-is-installed-and-detect-the-php-version/

    If it’s using an old version, contact the server administrator to update the PHP version (it’s a simple process).

    2) Test the Session: The captcha uses a session to store the information, if you want to test if the session is being created, please follow the steps:

    STEP 1:

    The result must be this:

    STEP 2:

    Create 2 files and upload them to your server:

    File 1:

    $_SESSION['TestingSession'] = 'Testing Session OK';
    <a href="read_session.php">Click Here!</a>

    File 2:

    if(isset($_SESSION['TestingSession'])) {
    	echo 'Session is Working!';
    } else {
    	echo 'Session is NOT Working!';

    Open that file in the browser: http://www.yourdomain.com/create_session.php – Then click in the link “Click Here!”.

    You will be redirected to the read_session.php page and you should see the message: ‘Session is Working!’, if you’re not seeing that message, contact your Server Administrator to fix your Server Session.

    If the problem persists, please open a ticket in our Support Center and send us your URL – http://okler.net/open-a-ticket/
