    Hello Johnnie,

    Check if the variable $debug at “php/contact-form.php” it’s with value different of 0. If yes, change to 0.

    If it’s not the case, please send all code of your “php/contact-form.php” for us.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.

    Hello Johnnie,

    If you check the response of request (Developer Tools >> Network Tab) you can see the error:
    SMTP connect() failed. https:\/\/github.com\/PHPMailer\/PHPMailer\/wiki\/Troubleshooting

    Basically, the PHPMailer couldn’t connect to the gmail server and this can be caused by a lot of reasons that you will need verify one by one. Normally this is a problem related to the server where your website is hosted. So maybe the support of your hosting provider can help you with that.

    Also you can check the documentation of PHPMailer about that error and try all solutions provided there:
    https://github.com//PHPMailer//PHPMailer//wiki//Troubleshooting#smtp-error-could-not-connect-to-smtp-host

    As you are using gmail account to send the emails, verify at your gmail settings if the option to “Allow less secure apps” is checked.

    The solution to allow insecure connections probably will solve, but it’s not recommended (as explained on the link below).
    https://github.com//PHPMailer//PHPMailer//wiki//Troubleshooting#updating-ca-certificates

    * We made a test on the contact us page and also is returning the error.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.
