    Hello Nicola,

    Oh i’m sorry, I don’t saw the device info on the right side.

    We did a few tests and seems that on latest version of Bootstrap, the team removed some CSS fallbacks for old version of iOS and Safari, and it’s the reason of the issue.

    Please try adding this code in (css/custom.css):

    html.safari .justify-content-end {
        -webkit-box-pack: end !important;
    }

    html.safari .justify-content-start{
        -webkit-box-pack: start !important;
    }

    html.safari .justify-content-center {
        -webkit-box-pack: center !important;
    }

    Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.

    Hello Nicola,

    Seems that Bootstrap 4 it’s not compatible with this version of iOS and this is the reason of those issues.

    Here is the compatibility list:
    https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.3/getting-started/browsers-devices/

    Let me know if you have more questions.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.

    Hello Nicola,

    Unfortunately we don’t have any ready workaround to turn the template compatible with old browsers. Also there’s none JS plugin to do this.

    Is possible present a message for the user informing that he is using an old browser. For it you need this JS code:

    $(window).on('load', function(){
    	var userAgent = navigator.userAgent;

    	// Check the console of browser to see the output of "userAgent"
    	conosl.log( userAgent );

    	// Check the latest Chrome version
    	if( userAgent.indexOf('Chrome/78.0') ) {
    		alert('You are running the latest version of Google Chrome!');
    	}
    });

    * The example above checks if you are using the latest version of Google Chrome.
    * You can modify the code above to check the userAgent of an ipad2 device.

    Unfortunately we don’t have any workaround for the issue on menu.

    Please note that this works in the same way for all Bootstrap 4 based themes at ThemeForest.

    We hope this helps.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.

    Hello Nicola,

    This probably is possible but unfortunately it’s out of our support scope since this will require to change a lot of lines of code on the template. Basically will be necessary change all media queries values for the header and some other things. Sincerely I think this is not a good idea.

    Probably the best way is check when it’s an iPad2 device with some server side language like PHP, for example:

    if(strlen(strstr($_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'],"iPad2")) > 0 ){

      // do something

    }

    Then you can print a custom new HTML code to be the menu on iPad2. You can use a “navbar” from bootstrap 4:
    https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.3/components/navbar/#responsive-behaviors

    * You can change the responsive class of navbar to navbar-expand-xl so the style of mobile navigation will be showed in all resolutions.
    * Of course will be needed you style the navbar with custom CSS.

    Sorry by don’t have a 100% working solution for you, but this request is out of what our support can offer. I hope my suggestion above helps you.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.
