Lines in bar chart

I am using the bar chart and stacked bar chart to show production like for each month. I would like to show a thick horizontal line in each bar or above it. These lines should indicate the expected production and the bar shows the achieved production. It should then be easy to see the production and to see if it is below or above the expected.

Do any of the charts support this behavior?
