    Hey Guys, logo in header sizing issue on https://mybusinessventure.com/salonbamboo.com/

    We used the code found at http://www.okler.net/forums/topic/help-with-logo-in-header/

    This does re-size the header logo like we want on Mobile on page load however, once you scroll down on any given page and scroll back to the top it makes the logo full size like on Desktop. Any fix for that?

    Also, the footer logo looks great on desktop but becomes pixelated on Mobile.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    The issue is that the sticky values for the logo on mobile are not being applied. Please try a different approach:

    1) Change the HTML to:

    <div class="header-logo">
    	<a href="index.html"  class="logo-desktop">
    		<img alt="Salon Bamboo San Clemente" width="250" height="108" data-sticky-width="200" data-sticky-height="86" data-sticky-top="33" src="img/logo.png">
        </a>
        <a href="index.html" class="logo-mobile">
        	<img alt="Salon Bamboo San Clemente" width="200" height="86" src="img/logo.png">
        </a>
    </div>

    2) Add in (css/custom.css):

    @media(max-width: 991px) {
    	.logo-mobile img {
    		width: 200px !important;
    		height: auto !important;
    	}

    	html.sticky-header-active .logo-mobile img {
    		width: 131px !important;
    		height: auto !important;
    	}
    }

    Regarding the issue with logo pixelated on footer we couldn’t reproduce here. In our tests the logo image is normal. Maybe you already solved this issue ?

    Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.

    Thanks, Rodrigo. It is working great! We are sending a pic of the footer logo so you can see our view. It gets quite distorted.
    https://ibb.co/qyR8hwH – we have the custom.css max size set but it’s the same dimensions as the image…

    Can I also ask you to take a quick peek at the scrolling images on https://mbvsites.net/
    Trying to make them display larger, like the actual file size. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Try changing the original size of the footer logo to 160px (width) and then still mantain the max-width: 140px.

    Regarding the issue in https://mbvsites.net/: What images exactly you mean ?

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.

    Ok will try the footer logo fix.

    As for https://mbvsites.net/ – on the home page under MBV is proud to Partner Work Succeed Partner with these great Organizations!
    We would like to make these images load the full file size. Checking the code and cant determine what is reducing the image size on the scrolling images.

    Hello,

    The size of images inside this carousel with logos is based on the Original Image size (look at the source image and see extra transparent space in both sides of images) and the quantity of “items” defined on the carousel plugin options.
    You can try reduce the carousel items to 5 or 4. This will increase the size of images.

    We hope this helps.

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.

    That worked great! Thanks.
    The footer logo still looks blurred to us but if it looks clear on your end that’s ok for us.
    Do you offer a pop up style code for the new ‘cookies’ notification that is being required on sites…

    Hello mbv,

    Unfortunately we couldn’t see the blurred logo in our end. Try to clear your browser cache on mobile device.

    Regarding the new cookies regulation (GDPR):

    We recommend for you this plugin:

    You can follow the instructions on the link above to integrate with Porto.

    We hope this helps.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.

    Great! Working on that now.

    Can you help us review our Porto site at https://www.mbvsites.com/
    Takes typically over 30 seconds to load and we are not certain why. HostGator tested the server, which we have other Porto sites on, and everything checks out and is super fast. Just slow to load on the one page site at https://www.mbvsites.com/

    Hello,

    The https://www.mbvsites.com/ website is returning error 403.

    30 seconds is too much time. Probably it’s related to images with high file sizes. You can check it trough the “Network” tab on the Google Chrome Developer Tools.

    Let us know when you fix the error 403 on the page, so we can inspect your code and help you.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.
