Slider Revolution and menu not working online, but working ol local test server

Hi,
today something really strange happened to me.
If you check my sandobox at http://pigrecoemme.com/porto600/index9-no-blog.php

you will see that revolution Slider is not working and that, if you resize the browser’s window, the hamburger icon for the menu does not show any menu when clicked.

This is weird because on my local test server (XAMPP) everything works fine!

Any ideas?

I just understood that the widely used NextGen Gallery WordPress Plugin messes up the thing by adding links to javascript libraries just before the </body> tag:
