Hi Okler support, I have a strange issue when viewing the site on my android phone, if you switch from landscape to portrait view, it massively resizes the site. Not sure what I have done – or not done – but would you mind taking a look and see if its doing it for you also?

Sorry but unfortunately we couldn’t reproduce your issue here. We did a test with some android devices and when changes from landscape to portrait the website layout don’t gets a strange result.
Please let us know:
– What device model you are using ?
– What version of android ?
Also please send some screenshots for us showing the issue. You can use a service like https://imgbb.com/

I have done a fresh upload of all the files (Except for the img directory and have also uploaded a new index.html which I havent edited at all – I have renamed it indextest.html. I have checked on my tablet as well as my phone, same issues still!
My tablet is Samsung Galaxy 4 – pretty ancient, and in Firefox is showing me similar display issues.
So the new unedited page is also playing up in responsive mode. I have eliminated my own editing by using the template unedited and all associated files. the next thing I can do is to use a brand new web space, but that is a bit of a bother to set that all up so for me is very last resort, have you been able to replicate yet? go to fancyacuppa.com/indextest.html to see the unedited index page.

We still couldn’t reproduce the issue.
When we test in real android devices the website renders normally when changes the orientation.
Please send for us some screenshots showing the issue, you can use a service like https://imgbb.com/ to generate a link and share with us.

It is only happening in Firefox, I have tried it on two separate devices, mobile and tablet with Android 9 and Android 4.42, using Firefox 68.0 and 68.02, you have to switch back and forth between landscape and portrait and then the layout starts to go wrong. I have uploaded an unedited version of the index page and that is also doing it, I have uploaded all the source files a second time as well just in case.

Thanks for the screens and information.
Now we could reproduce the issue that occurs only on Android Firefox. This seems to be a bug with Firefox for Android.
Our suggestion is define a maximum scale on the meta tag viewport:
<!-- Mobile Metas --> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, minimum-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, shrink-to-fit=no">
Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.
