The Basics — What This License Covers

  1. The Regular License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital product you have purchased from Okler Themes.
  2. You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a "single application"). 
  3. An "End Product" is one customized implementation of the Item — for example, a website built using one of our HTML templates or WordPress themes.
  4. You can create one End Product for a client, and that client may transfer the End Product to another party.
  5. You may not sell or redistribute the Item itself — only the End Product you create from it.

What You Can Do

  • Use the Item to build a single website or web application for yourself or a client.
  • Customize or modify the Item as needed for your End Product.
  • Use the Item in a personal or commercial project, as long as it is a single End Product.
  • Allow your client to access and maintain the End Product after delivery.

What You Cannot Do

  • You cannot use the Item to create more than one End Product without purchasing an additional license for each.
  • You cannot resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Item or its source files — either on their own or bundled with other items.
  • You cannot make the Item available as-is, as a download, or for other people to use without building an End Product from it.
  • You cannot use the Item in any application that allows end users to customize it to build their own products or websites (for example, a website builder, template marketplace, or SaaS platform). 
  • You cannot use the Item for purposes that are unlawful or fraudulent.

License Validity and Scope

  • Each license is valid for one End Product only. If you need to use the same Item for multiple projects or clients, you must purchase a separate license for each use.
  • The license is non-exclusive — other customers may purchase and use the same Item.
  • The license is ongoing — it does not expire as long as it is used within the terms stated here.
  • Okler Themes reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of any license violation.

Updates and Support

  • Purchases from Okler Themes include access to Item updates for as long as we continue to release them.
  • Support is provided as described on each individual product page and is subject to the terms of our Support Policy.
  • Okler Themes does not guarantee that Items will be compatible with future third-party software updates (such as WordPress core updates), although we make every reasonable effort to maintain compatibility.

Warranties and Liability

  • Items are provided "as is." Okler Themes makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Item beyond what is described on the product page.
  • Okler Themes is not liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other damages that may arise from the use of our Items.
  • In no event shall Okler Themes's total liability exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the Item.

Who We Are

All Items available on Okler Themes are created and sold by Okler Themes directly. Okler Themes retains full ownership and copyright of all Items. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Item — it does not transfer ownership of the Item or its intellectual property.
