Hello, as you can see on this page from the (Revolution Slider Author): http://www.themepunch.com/codecanyon/revolution/videoscreen.php – the background video doesn’t play on mobile too, and the reason is here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/20499341/html5-video-autoplay-on-mobile-browser
(Basically there’s no “autoplay” support on mobile, I’m sorry about that, but it’s a limitation from the browser).
I’m not sure how important is the video on your website, if you really need it to be visible on mobile too, my suggestion is a fallback to a youtube video with a play button to fullscreen on mobile.
