I inspected your code now and it’s wrong in the recaptcha v3 part of code.

You have:

		$(this).validate({
			rules: {
				creditcard: {
					ignore: [], 
					required: true,
					creditcard: true
				}
			},

And the correct is like I mentioned in my previous reply.
