This colored overlay is defined trough the class slide-overlay at:
<li class="slide-overlay slide-overlay-primary" data-transition="fade">......</li>
Porto comes with ready classes to control the opacity of that overlay. For example:
<li class="slide-overlay slide-overlay-primary slide-overlay-level-4" data-transition="fade">......</li>
* slide-overlay-level-4 will apply a transparency of 40%. Possible values starts from slide-overlay-level-0 until slide-overlay-level-9.
