hello i fixed the first one according to your direction by changing the data offset now it’s working fine
for the second slider i meant the arabic characters are not displayed correctly , i found where the problem sits
if i remove the "split":"chars" the text is displayed normally without any animation .
the split chars feature seems to work only on english and french characters not on languages which work from right to left.
