Thanks for the explanation.

I did some research on ThemePunch Revolution Slider forums and seems that the split chars effect don’t support arabic characters. Please note that Revolution Slider is a bundled premium plugin within Porto and we don’t have too much control to provide a fix on that issue.

Unfortunately the only way for now is disable the split chars effect.

Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.
