Hello,
The reason is that the sticky logo always get the same size of non-sticky logo. This is something controlled by Javascript code.
You can easily force a height for your sticky logo, so this issue will not occurs. For it just add the given CSS code below at “css/custom.css”:
#header .header-logo-sticky-change .header-logo-sticky {
height: 40px !important;
}
