Now we were able to reproduce the issue.
Seems to be a specific issue related to your project. When testing with Porto Admin files as it comes when downloaded from ThemeForest, the issue do not occurs. Also do not occurs when testing with our preview at ThemeForest. I saw that you have made some modifications and using some extra scripts that are not included with Porto Admin.
Can you please check if you have some extra JS code making changes at touch or click events on mobile ? Seems that has some JS code detecting the touch/click direction on mobile causing that issue.
In the Porto Admin files we don’t have any code making something like that.
Another test you can do is remove all non related with Porto Admin (as when downloaded from TF) JS scripts, just to see if the issue it’s on Porto Admin files.
Maybe an extra scripts that’s not included with Porto Admin is causing that issue.
Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.
