Hello Mark,
Regarding video poster you should create a .jpg image to be the poster of video and maintain this image in the same folder of the video (/video). For example:
If you have a video at “video/myvideo.mp4”. You should create a image with the same name and inside same folder (“video/myvideo.jpg”). The template will detect when website is loaded from iphone and load the image poster in the place of video.
