Please try changing the HTML of your contact form to:
<form id="contactForm" class="contact-form-recaptcha-v3 custom-contact-form-style-1" action="php/contact-form-recaptcha-v3.php" method="POST">.......</form>
* Note the class contact-form-recaptcha-v3.
Also please make sure you are using an API KEY from recaptcha v3. This can be done at your google recaptcha account, where you should select the recaptcha v3.
