Regarding your new question: You should change the values of sticky options stickyStartAt and stickySetTop. You can find these options in the <header> tag. For example:
<header id="header" data-plugin-options="{'stickyEnabled': true, 'stickyEnableOnBoxed': true, 'stickyEnableOnMobile': true, 'stickyStartAt': 164, 'stickySetTop': '-164px', 'stickyChangeLogo': false}">........
