Yes probably that’s the reason.

You want this shake effect only one time at the first load of page, right ?

On this case you can use this HTML in the header logo:

<div class="header-logo animated shakeY">.........</div>

If you need delay the animation:

<div class="header-logo animated shakeY" style="animation-delay: 2s;">.........</div>
