At really I forgot to disable the lightbox gallery in the example code I sent for you. Sorry! Unfortunately is not possible enable lightbox gallery when using image gallery (isotope) with filters.

Please try changing the HTML of lightbox wrapper to:

<div class="lightbox mb-4" data-plugin-options="{'delegate': 'a', 'type': 'image', 'gallery': {'enabled': false}}">......</div>

* Note 'gallery': {'enabled': false}.

Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.
