The link you sent (https://GreenwichVillageFolkFestival.org/index-m.php) it’s opening a website without Porto and we couldn’t see the stars.png background + photography demo like you mentioned, maybe you sent the wrong link ?

The code you mentioned it’s correct and should works. Make sure you are adding the CSS to .body selector.

Here’s an example I did now at demo photography about us page:

This is the code used:

.body {
    background-image: url(https://greenwichvillagefolkfestival.org/cmsAdmin/uploads/thumb2/2.png);
    background-color: #000;
    background-repeat: repeat;
}

If even so still not works at your side, please send a online link with your website for us, so we can inspect the code and discover where’s the issue.
