Regarding Google Map:
There’s a browser console error in your website: js?key=AIzaSyAgtdWtz19k6IvUW4oPLQyOcbHcBhXGkr8:70 Google Maps JavaScript API error: ApiNotActivatedMapError. This mean you need activate the API for google maps in your google account.

Regarding Recaptcha V3:
Inspecting your website I saw you are using the recaptcha V2 way to declare the site key. Also it’s missing include the script of recaptcha on footer of page.
Remove this code:
Add the v3 script on footer like below:
<script id="google-recaptcha-v3" src="https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js?render=SITE_KEY"></script>
