Regarding form:
I did a test and saw that’s returning success message. On this case probably your server has mail() php function disabled or miss configured. You can try use SMTP to send the emails. For it uncomment the code below at contact-form-recaptcha-v3.php:
* Fill the options above with correct settings like SMTP host, auth, secure, port, username, etc… You can get these infos with your hosting provider.
Regarding map:
I did a new test in your website and now it’s returning these errors:
* Check if you entered the correct api key in the footer script.
* You must enable Billing in your Google Cloud Account. Since last year google requires billing information to use the maps api. Learn more here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/usage-and-billing
