When I inspected your website in my last reply I saw you are forcing the entire slider to be full screen (with your custom CSS code). That’s the reason of blue shape never stays in the same position. Unfortunately on this way, the best solution is like I explained in my last reply, where you should create custom CSS media queries based on browser window height and show or not the desired slide layers (multiple text and shape layers).
Unfortunately this is the only way for a full screen slider.
If you change the slider to a non full screen (removing your custom CSS that forces the height), probably the blue shape will position better.
