Regarding video not playing on next and previous you should maintain the data-autoplayonlyfirsttime="false" with false.
somehow it works on live server if the video file not bigger than 4mb
Sorry but we couldn’t reproduce this issue here. Please create a test html example in your online website with a video more than 4mb and send us the link. This way we can inspect the code, do some tests and discover where’s the issue.
