The purpose is load your website files more faster. You can use CDN for CSS Stylesheets, JS Scripts and images.
Unfortunately we don’t have a tutorial explaining how to setup a CDN in your website. But that’s not too much complicate. First you should choose a CDN. There are a lot of CDN services on web, the most known is CloudFlare. Upload all your files to CDN. Get the new CDN links and change in your website source code.
