The problem is the HTML code you are using for the whatsapp icon. Please try with this code below:
<i class="fab fa-whatsapp"></i>
Also add this code below at (css/custom.css):
.social-icons li:hover.social-icons-whatsapp a {
background-color: #25d366!important;
}
* The CSS code above will make the green color of whatsapp when hover the icon.
