Regarding responsive, the revolution slider plugin always try to fit the video in the respective screen size in the best way. In some screens, some parts of video/image can “cut”. Unfortunately is impossible to have a best result than that, since the video always will have the same aspect ratio in all screens size.
Regarding video not autoplay:
I did a test on IPhone 6 + Safari and the video auto play. Maybe you already resolved it ?
