Please try with this HTMl for the carousel:

Regarding dots not appearing, this is because you are showing 3 items per page and has 3 testimonial items inside the carousel. You should add more testimonial items (minimum of 4) to show the dots. Another way is reduce the items per page to 'items': 2.
