Please make sure you are adding the Owl Carousel Stylesheets on head and scripts on footer.
On head:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="vendor/owl.carousel/assets/owl.carousel.min.css"> <link rel="stylesheet" href="vendor/owl.carousel/assets/owl.theme.default.min.css">
On footer:
<script src="vendor/owl.carousel/owl.carousel.min.js"></script>
If even so the problem still persists, please send us a online test link with your website for us, so we can inspect the code and discover where’s the issue.
