Great the other issues are resolved!
Regarding change logo size on sticky header, Porto already comes with a feature for that. Change the logo image to:
<img alt="Porto" width="82" height="40" data-sticky-width="52" data-sticky-height="25" src="img/logo-default-slim-dark.png">
* Note data-sticky-width="52" data-sticky-height="25". This is the logo size when sticky header is active (scroll down).
