Regarding your question, please try changing the code at (css/custom.css) to:

@media(max-width: 575px) {
    .header-logo {
        width: 50px !important;
    }

    .header-logo img {
        width: 186px !important;
        height: auto !important;
    }

    html.sticky-header-active .header-logo img {
    	width: 200px !important;
    }
}
