Please note that Porto is static HTML, CSS and JS template. This mean functionalities like search, blog, etc.. are not fully functional. You need to implement your own solution to make it functional.
An alternative is use the Google Custom Search. Here’s a tutorial explaining:

Unfortunately Porto HTML does not come with anything related to language support, but we recommend this: http://i18njs.com/ – or this one: https://github.com/angrymonkeycloud/CloudLocalization
