I believe the issue is that the video file is too large (over 200 MB). In some browsers, the video may take longer to load before it starts playing. For example, I tested it on Edge, and it took almost 10 seconds to start, whereas on Chrome, it started immediately.
I suggest converting the video to reduce its file size and quality.
You can use various tools to optimize videos—search for “MP4 video optimizer” or “HTML5 video converter” on Google, and you’ll find many free options available.
