Hi, if you want to change the background color of the page top in all pages the best way is to change the theme.css in the line where it says: section.page-top {} – It’s now using the color #171717 so you just change there.

Also, for the breadcrumb and the bar:

The breadcrumb:
Add this code on theme.css

section.page-top ul.breadcrumb li a {
color: #the-color-you-want !important;
}

section.page-top ul.breadcrumb li a:hover {
color: #the-color-you-want-for-hover !important;
}

The bar:
Change this:

section.page-top h2 {
    border-bottom: 5px solid #000 !important;
    ...

Or change the skin file.
