Hi, im not sure you are getting my emails. I am big time fan of all your sites, bought many. I am on a second license and making a site for some lawyers.

I can get the PDF to open perfect on a computer, but not the ipad or iPhone.

Is there anything I can do or do you have another solution using modal or light box or something? I’m trying to find a solution do display about 50 PDF documents they have and don’t want each to open in a new window everytime they click a link.

I do plan to use the accordion element and then on each drop down i will just use the Ajax to load it.

For now, I need you to look at this link (id #news) and help me get this first one perfect or i have to scrap that whole idea and open in new window, and change the image frame.

I will paypal you money if you need for your time. I can also give you my Bluehost FTP. The site is still over at godaddy, but im moving it to my affiliate.

    My email is [email protected]

Am i making this overly complicated by using a button to trigger the Ajax page where i have the iframe ? Did you recreate your code linking the Ajax page name?

It only shows the FIRST page and cuts off the right margin, it’s bad. I’m so confused, i feel like crying. I should of had this site done and i promised a solution for all these PDF’s to open in a pop-up box, and not new windows.

So, i will try your suggestion to embed it another way. Do I still use the iframe with that or just embed it? I think I know what you are saying. I will let you know if it works.

PS: like i said, I realized you are going above and beyond support, and if you have a paypal address, please give it to me and I will compensate you for the help. -Melanie

PS: i can send you the FTP user/password – but let’s see if i can get this.

    Hello,

Am i making this overly complicated by using a button to trigger the Ajax page where i have the iframe ? Did you recreate your code linking the Ajax page name?

No, this is not complicated. Yes, I reproduced exactly like in your code, by opening triggering an ajax request that returns the HTML with object and iframe PDF. You did a try without the <object>......</object> that wraps the <iframe> ? This is something you can try.

Looking more deeply in the ajax response of your code, I saw you are adding the <!DOCTYPE html> in the ajax files, maybe that’s the issue. Please try removing and maintain only the content, like the image below:

Regarding Paypal, this is not needed since your support license is active and your question fits in what our support scope can offer. If at some point you need something that our support can not offer, we will let you know.

Regarding FTP, feel free to send the details as private message here so it will not be public. But please try the mentioned things above before.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.
