Captcha v3 Contact Form not working

I am running the template on Windows, in IIS. I am using the Captcha v3 contact form on a page and calling the contact-form-recaptcha-v3.php in the form post. I am getting the following error:

405 – HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed.
The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) was used to attempt access.

The calling page is HTML.
