Code for appoints

Hello
The website give the option to make an appointment, however send it to contact page and I will like a pop up with a simple info to request an appointment. Current website has it and I will like at least something to add very user friendly, different than go to contact page.

1) First add the Popup HTML just after the <div class="body">:

2) In the appointment button links you need change the href to href="#appointmentPopup" and add the class popup-with-move-anim. Example in the header top button:

3) Add the script examples.lightboxes.js on footer of page (as the last script included on the page):
