Contact Enhanced Issue on iPhone

I’m starting from the “contact-enhanced” template page.

Here’s an oddity. On the desktop, the contact page – with the default Google Map option – loads right up without any problems. Works great.

However, if I’m testing it on my iPhone, the page loads – that is, I can see the loading bar across the very top of the page – however the page completes and is still blank. If I click “reload” the page will then be displayed, albeit with the sticky-nav dropped down an inch or so initially until I drag it back up.

I tested it on your Tucson demo site and it partially works, but not completely there either. It still seems to drop the nav down on the initial load though at least it’s displaying the Google Map on your version. My entire page is blank until I reload.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Second question regarding the “attachments option” … are there any file type limitations? Can we set file time limitations like only images?

– To fix the problem with the navigation, add this:

(css/custom.css)

html.no-page-top body > .body {
    padding-top: 0 !important;
}

– Regarding the Map issue, I really couldn’t reproduce that here, (tested on Android and iPhone 4S).

But you can try to set the https protocol:

Change from:

<script src="http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false"></script>

To:

<script src="https://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false"></script>

The “https” modification to the Google snippet seemed to fix the loading issue. Also, the additional CSS class works perfect. You guys were spot on and fast. Excellent support.

One last thing however regarding the attachment file types – is there any way to control the types of attachments that are allowed?
