I have entered something incorrectly in my contact-form.php file. The form I have on my /apply.html page isn’t working. I only get an error 500 page. I have confirmed with my hosting service that I have the Smail->Host correct. I was really hoping you could help me discover what I have wrong. Thank you, Andee

Hello,

It’s probably missing the view.contact.js script on footer of page. This is the file that makes the validation of the form and submit.

<script src="js/views/view.contact.js"></script>
