Contact form loading

Hello,
We keep having the problem that the “send” button in the form does not send. It says loading.. However, nothing happens.We were able to determine this with Safari on Windows and Apple smartphones. Is there a solution to this?
We were unable to reproduce the problem. When we are at the customer’s premises, it doesn’t work on the cell phone or PC.

We spoke to the customer on the phone. The problem is also present in his EDGE browser.
When the button is clicked, it says “loading ….” but the form is not sent
What can cause such a problem?
We have not seen any add-ons or strange browser settings at the customer’s site
I have changed the URL.
Our customer has the same problem. On the Apple smartphone, and on the PC in EDGE and Opera.
How can I check this, I assume the html form cannot be sent.
Sorry but we tested in all those devices and different browsers (including Opera) and the result is always the same, success message after form submit. Tested also with iPhone 15.
Please send more details as we continue to not be able to reproduce that here. Must be something very specific as that contact script works for all of our customers.
