    There is some cookie notification feature?
    Something like a bottom bar?

    Hello, thanks for your purchase.

    Unfortunately at the moment not.

    By coincidence we are working in a new update for Porto and the next release will comes with a new Cookies Bar + GDPR component. We should release the new update soon.

    For now my suggestion for you is use this plugin:
