Here is the code you need to activate the animations on mobile:

(js/custom.js):

$.extend(theme.PluginAnimate.defaults, {
	minWindowWidth: 0
});

* This way will enable mobile animation for all elements with data-appear-animation attribute.

If you want animate a specific data-appear-animation, you should declare minWindowWidth at element level:

<p class="mb-0" data-appear-animation="fadeInUpShorter" data-appear-animation-delay="300" data-plugin-options="{'minWindowWidth': 0}">Lorem ipsum dolor sit a met, ale quat. </p>
