Demo Hotel not working the same as demo

I purchased and upgraded from a previous version, and I changed from the boxed version to the full-width demo. The section above the sticky menu is not displaying. I even copied the demo-hotel.html to the website, and the demo is not displaying correctly either.
Just the main page has been updated to full width. The phone and social media icons are not showing.

The Porto Demo page is not displaying correctly. It also does not display the phone number, location, and social media icons.
