ParticipantHi,
I want to select the DEMO that is shown as NEW that is suppose to be the fastest and most optimized right?
Actually was the main reason to buy this pack and not Canvas for example. But I can’t find that demo among all the demo files, none of them is named as NEW.
Can you help?

KeymasterHi, thanks for your purchase.
All demos use the same main files, and all are optimized and fast. Regarding the latest demo, check in the zip file under the HTML folder where you have the file demo-creative-agency-2.html
All files are included, expect the images that are replaced by placeholders (it is the same for all templates on ThemeForest).
Kind Regards.

Participantthanks for the quick reply, found it (demo-creative-agency-2.html).
but then can you tell performance wise, is there any improvement on this template that is different compare to the rest?
Why you have it label as NEW ? just because is the latest?I need to achieve a perfect Score in Google speed test (A rate) at the end of the project so I need to start with the most light-weight and most optimize template for LightHouse tests, etc.
Thanks.

KeymasterHi, yes, the “New” label is because it’s the latest added. Regarding performance, all are the same.
To get better website performance, there are a few things you can do after you finish your website.
CDN – Cloudflare: (It’s the most important thing for a better performance). Most of the Hosting Services have an easy way to enable CDN, for or sites we use A2Hosting ( https://www.a2hosting.com?aid=601d93569e434&bid=75dbf1c0 ) and Cloudflare, the tutorial is available in this link: https://www.a2hosting.com/blog/enable-cloudflare/ – https://www.cloudflare.com/ – For other hosts: https://developers.cloudflare.com/learning-paths/get-started/
Browser Cache: Page load times can be significantly improved by asking visitors to save and reuse the files included in your website. – https://gtmetrix.com/leverage-browser-caching.html / https://gtmetrix.com/serve-static-assets-with-an-efficient-cache-policy.html#how-to-cache
Hosting Plan: It’s not recommended to use a low-cost common hosting plan. Select a fast hosting service. A2Hosting – https://www.a2hosting.com?aid=601d93569e434&bid=75dbf1c0
Compress and Combine Assets: For example, there are several different ways to compress and combine the assets, this is probably the easiest way: http://www.okler.net/forums/topic/minify-php-how-to-combine-minify-and-cache-javascript-and-css-files-on-demand/
Optimize Your Images: The images can also be improved, consider to export them in a lower quality. JPG 80% is good enough. – https://tinypng.com/
Best Regards.

ParticipantAt the moment I’m on gitHub pages wich limits a lot my options based on your recommendations…
I’ll focus for now in building the site, knowing that all templates are equally updated and optimized (in terms of Bootstrap updates, JS, etc) I might pick a different template instead of the NEW one.
Thanks for your support.
I will probably come back soon with other questions…Cheers
