email form & error in code

The email form does not seem to work, I changed the email address in the contact-form.php to mine and it does not work it gives an error message to the user and doesn’t send anything. Is there something else I am to do?

The #id aboutus code does not seem to work, the image does not slide behind the graphic? <div class=”custom-svg-wrapper-1 px-5″>

I did not receive an email message and I can’t seem to get anything other than
Error! There was an error sending your message
could not instantiate mail function.

Item 2: the error code
on the website in the “aboutus” sectionid there is an image that loads with an image over top. The image that is overlaid on the top should be underneath the other image like a frame just like the image “home” sectionid. Not sure why it is not the only thing I changed was the image I uploaded, its the same name as was in the orginal code.
