email sending “return, success”

    Hi guys, I have an issue which drive mew crazy:

    contact form after email sending we just recive a blank page with this text

    {“response”:”success”}

    instead of coming back to the contact page created

    what I should change/do?

    I even deleted the view.contact.js script from the code and event the jquery.validate.min.js and the email arrives and the contact-php form shows up with the return and success.

    Hello, first thanks for your purchase.

    Instead of delete the view.contact.js script you should maintain it in the page. The same with jquery.validate.min.js plugin. These scripts are required to get the contact form working.

    If the error persists even with these script included in the page, probably you have and javascript error breaking the execution. On this case, please send a test page link in your website with these scripts included, so we can inspect the code, do some tests and discover where’s the error.

    Hello Levy,

    Thanks for the access.

    – Was missing upload theme JS core files like theme.js and theme.init.js to the “js/” folder.
    – Was missing upload jquery.validate plugin to the “vendor/” folder.
    – There’s a wrong path for the contact-form.php in the form action="".

    We fix all these issues above and now seems to be working. Did you received my test ?
