I’ve already purchased the theme, but the vendor folder and js folder are not included.

That’s really strange. Could you please try to download it again? We can guarantee that the folders/files are in the zip file.
Maybe your anti-virus or something related are removing those file when unzipping.
Please try to download again, disable anti-virus and let us know if the problem persists.
