focus on textarea with large amount of text

Hi, i hope that you can reproduce this error to give me a suggestion of how to solve it.

1. create a textarea (textbox with many rows) with a lot of text within it, make sure the class of this is “form-control”.
2. click in the textarea – the text gets dizzy
3. click outside the textarea, the text gets normal again
4. remove css class “form-control” and do the same, the text does not change
5. use same scenario but not much text, no dizziness appears

I have tested Safari, Chrome and Microsoft Edge with same result “windows”. Can you reproduce this error?

Tell me if you want me to produce a movie …

Sorry but we couldn’t reproduce this issue:

Would be great if you can send a movie, and a link with your website where’s that textarea. Maybe some custom code is generating this effect.
