I’m getting this message when trying to view website. Why? How can I fix?

    Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Hello, thanks for your purchase.

Looks like the problem is related to the server settings. It’s usually related to .htaccess file (which is not part of Porto template) with wrong settings.

    This may help you: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-solve-403-forbidden-error

You can also contact your server administrator / host provider so they can check that for you.

    Kind Regards.
